Invite Users

Invite users to Accruent Field and define which applications and projects they can access.

The Users module controls user access. Administrators can create, invite, update, and deactivate users.

Create and invite users

1. In the Admin app, open Users > User base.
2. Select Add new.
3. Enter user details.
4. Assign roles.
5. Select Create user.

Add a user to groups

Groups control access to projects and assignments.

1. In the Admin app, open Users > User base.
2. Open the user you want to add to groups.
3. Select Groups.
4. Select the groups you want to assign the user to.
5. Select Add to selected groups.

Upload users in bulk

Upload a CSV file to create multiple users at the same time.

User statuses

Draft: The user exists but does not have access.

Invited: The user received an invitation but has not completed account setup.

Active: The user completed account setup.

Deactivated: The user no longer has access but remains in the system.
